Let your soul stand cool and

Dried white sage smudge sticks for relaxation and aromatherapy. Essential incense for esot

This isn’t an escape. It’s actually he opposite: engaging more with life.

These medicines can illuminate what wants to be seen, amplify what’s already here, and support healing, but the ongoing work is ours.

I don't have a map or agenda for your journey. I attune to where the experience itself is leading.

This is about a relationship with the medicine. (Not just “I take this thing.")

A journey doesn't have to make sense right away. Sometimes the most honest response is just: I don't know. Let's stay curious.

More isn’t always “better.”

This isn’t necessarily about getting rid of what's difficult. Sometimes it's just about meeting it differently.

Sometimes your body knows something before you have words for it.

I offer safety so that you can let go of control. If you can’t let go of control, that’s okay. We’ll be with that.

I trust your inner knowing.

I trust the medicine’s wisdom.

I trust what I've learned and lived, and my capacity to meet what arises.

Maybe you're at a crossroads.

Or have become disconnected from something essential.

You don't need fixing or optimizing.

You just want to...

EXPLORE...and see what happens.

Psychedelics can be a powerful way in.

There’s so much more to who you
are than you know right now.

Mushroom & MDMA Journeys

journeys

Are you curious?

Ready to meet life in a new way?

Wondering what might emerge?

There are ways.

Mushrooms: These master teachers, alchemists of perception, underworld guides and truth show-ers are here to lead you into the wilderness of your soul. Not as an escape from reality, but as an invitation to engage with it more fully than ever before.

MDMA: Humans have created some incredible stuff: pyramids, pickup trucks, the internet, crepes...and MDMA. One of the greatest tools to connect you with life's deepest truths and bring you more love, joy and peace.

PACKING YOUR BAGS

In our intake and first session we jump into your life: What’s shaped you and your experience of the world? What are your worries? Your longings? Where are you feeling stuck? What lights you up?

In our second session we prepare more specifically for your journey day: your intention, my role, typical physiological effects, how to deal with difficult moments should they arise etc.

YOUR JOURNEY

The heart of this container is your journey. In it, you may experience a range of emotions ranging from deep anguish to indescribable joy. You may feel unique or intense body sensations, thoughts, and visuals. But in reality you never know what awaits you in any psychedelic experience.

As your guide, I support you

in leaning into the unknown.

I hold a safe container for your experience. I attune to your needs and to whatever arises. I support you in staying curious and offer a grounded presence, trusting your inner wisdom knows the way.

MDMA allows us to work more intentionally with the issues you want to explore. We also leave room for organic emergence by following where the experience leads. Mushrooms (those wise teachers and forest elders) are a bit more mysterious. With them there’s less to figure out in advance and more to discover as we go. In both types of journeys I offer steadiness, calm and support. Then we see what happens.

RETURNING HOME...CHANGED

Following this experience is integration, where we’ll look at what your journey has to do with your life. Did it show you anything about how you currently live? How you want to live differently? About what's important to you? What’s here that's new? What's gone that was here?

The experience doesn't end

when the medicine wears off.

So we also come up with concrete steps you can take to embody what comes out of your journey.

Ultimately all journeys are done for the sake
of the whole, not as some private quest.
